We struck gold with Zio! The staff were excellent, really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, comfy and with super air-con! We had a mezzanine floor which worked well for a family room. The bathroom was small but so clean, loads of lovely fluffy towels and a really good shower!! The breakfast was really good, lots of choice and available until a very civilised 10.30. The free use of the bikes was brilliant - perfect for bike friendly Imola. it was great for a few nights stay.

The super air-con ensured a comfortable stay, especially during the hot summer days. The friendly staff provided great service, making me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. This hotel is definitely a great choice for families, as they offered a room that comfortably accommodated my kids and a friend. a lovely hotel experience with breakfast included.

The hotel I stayed at was a perfect fit for my trip. The location was great with the city center, supermarket, and other conveniences all within walking distance. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. I was very pleased to find out that the hotel offers free bike rentals, which allowed me to explore the city in a unique way. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed.

The only thing I didn't like was that there was no mosquito nets in the windows, which could become a problem for those who are sensitive to mosquito bites. This aside, my stay was overall very pleasant and I would definitely stay there again.
